Assalamualaikum and good morning guys ! those who are reading on night, I don't care, still morning, hihi
okay2, as the tittle was named, this is my FINAL reflective journal. I've been writing my class stuff all these while for my reflective journal, and for today, I'll write about an Industrial Visit to Opto Canon.
sounds fun right ? yeap, it's completely fun, just imagine how would we felt when we were staying at MJIIT all these while (okay, maybe its me alone who didn't go out) well, our journey took 1 hours and half to get there, and we late by 1 hour according to their schedule, this is because the bus get into misdirection during the journey.
okay, anyway, we manage to get there, and our arrival were greeted warmly by them, with photographer and conductor around us, taking picture and tadaaaa :D
hihi, I'm glad I manage to give this camera to him, so he could take picture for our side.
so then, we went into the main hall and were given a little briefing about what is Canon Opto do. Okay, nothing much but they are awesome, while performing their superior task in handling camera, they also care about environment more than other industries. Let me tell you guys something. Canon Opto got 1 policy which never dumped their waste to their surrounding, I mean by outside Canon, they will deal with all their waste only inside them, and even water is recycled by them. They will keep reused their water which will cost RM2.00 for 2 billion bottles we used to drink ... This will cut their cost, they are using their own water instead of dragging another source which their need to pay for it.
Then, we were brought to their Waste Treatment System. They told us that they will bring visitors to this place 1st so visitors will know Canon is environment friendly industries, they deal with fertilizer on their own and decorate their landscape.
When we done with all these environment stuff, we were heading back to main hall and briefed regarding the law inside the Camera Making Section. We aren't allowed to take any picture there, well, they have to keep their privacy too don't they ? so, I refuse to bring my Ninja Turtle bag along, I just leave it in mainhall like others did.
We were separated into 3 groups which is all girls, mix and all boys. Im in the second group with Dr Muzahid accompany us, while we were walking around the Camera Making Section, we manage to ask few questions to our guider, well, about how much does it cost, about the Quality Control and all other stuff, after we done getting around there, we went back to main hall and start the Question and Answer sessions, although there is no question to be asked, the session is still being held so those who have questions can still asked them. Well, they handle us pretty well, and that's the reasons why we don't have question to be asked for.
After Asyraf, who represents MJIIT gave a speech, regarding to how grateful we are and how thankful we are. THen we were brought to their canteen to have some meals. Okay, that's all for our trip this time, that isn't long, but the trip is completely awesome :)
